Shipping Policy
Electric tricycles are large, heavy items. They ship differently from most online purchases — and we want you to know exactly what to expect before your order arrives. Please read this page before placing your order.

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (the 48 connected states).
We are not able to ship to the following at this time:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Other U.S. territories
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes (freight carriers require a physical delivery address)
- Canada, Mexico, or any international destinations
If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, contact us at support@bikegg.com before placing your order.
2. Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum order value. No hidden fees at checkout.
We do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time. All orders ship via the standard freight method described below.
3. Our US Fulfillment Warehouse
All orders ship from our US-based fulfillment warehouse. Because your trike ships domestically, there are no customs delays, no import duties, and no surprise fees at delivery.

In rare cases where a specific model is temporarily out of stock at our US location, we may fulfill from an alternate fulfillment center. We will notify you proactively if this affects your order and timeline.
4. Order Processing Time
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, packaging inspection, and handover to the carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our fulfillment center.
Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order is processed and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Contiguous United States — Standard Freight
- Transit time after dispatch: 7 to 9 business days
- Total estimated time from order placement: 8 to 12 business days
- Shipping cost: Free
Please note: transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), severe weather events, or due to carrier capacity issues beyond our control.
Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations: We do not ship to these locations at this time. See Section 1 above.
Expedited or express shipping: Not available at this time. All orders use standard freight.
6. Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
No import duties or customs fees apply — your order ships domestically from our US warehouse.
We do not ship internationally, so cross-border tax or duty questions do not apply to current orders.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving the confirmation email for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
You can track your order via:
- The link in your shipping confirmation email
- The carrier's website directly, using your tracking number
- Our Contact page — email us your order number and we will check the status for you
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Because electric tricycles are large freight items, address corrections after an order has been dispatched are often not possible and may result in delays or additional fees.
- If you notice an error in your address before your order ships, contact us immediately at support@bikegg.com and we will do our best to update it.
- If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate address information entered at checkout.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging every order, but damage during freight transit can occasionally happen.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect your package at the time of delivery before signing off. If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt.
- Contact us at support@bikegg.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the outer packaging, and photos clearly showing the damaged component.
- We will arrange a replacement part, a full product replacement, or a refund depending on the extent of the damage.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check around your property, mailbox, or with neighbors — freight carriers sometimes leave packages in less visible locations.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a trace.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we will work with you to file a claim and arrange a resolution.
Please note: we cannot be held liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
The following may cause delivery timelines to extend beyond our estimates:
- Carrier delays during peak shipping seasons (November through January)
- Severe weather events or natural disasters
- Carrier labor disruptions or capacity limitations
We will communicate proactively if we are aware of an issue affecting your order. You are always welcome to reach out to us for an update.
